going on my first hunt ever tomorrow

going on my first hunt ever tomorrow

Basically started from nothing to now im here hunting turkey tomorrow. Bought my first gun, got my hunter safety course, learned to shoot, bought my tags, everything in the last year. This sub, meateater, and youtube have been a huge help as nobody I know hunts or is interested in it. If anyone wants to give advice, or say anything I would appreciate it.

Decoy help

So I am currently in my blind right now, its mid to late season spring turkey here in southern wisconsin. About an hour ago i saw a tom who was just feeding but was not interested in my calls or anything. I have a lay down hen, feeding hen and a jake out. Should I remove the jake so its the two hens or do i keep him out?

NASP “graduate”

NASP “graduate”

Hi all! I’m currently a senior in high school and just finished my final season of NASP. I have four years of archery under my belt and am currently one of the top archer in my state NASP league. I’d love to continue archery into my adult life. I’ll be moving to Washington (state) for college. What’s the best way to continue archery beyond highschool? What should I be looking for in terms of leagues/clubs? Essentially, I’m trying to figure out what the archery world looks like beyond NASP.
